I just had to laugh the other day when I came across an online site selling jazzed-up artwork prints of the Queen Victoria with a shisha pipe in the background. Its well known that a long time ago the Empress of India used to smoke opium in England which was legal back then so I guess it’s quite possible English Royalty would have also smoked on shisha pipes imported from the Middle East.

The shisha pipe prints that you can buy from redbubble are either $3.48 for a postcard size or $15.75 for the larger size. The portrait orientated shisha pipe print is bright pink and when you look at the artwork in detail you’ll probably notice the shisha pipe has a cobra shisha hose. Maybe today Royalty smoke from the nammor shisha hose seen as its the highest quality of hose or maybe as the print actually says “ONE HAS NEVER INHALED” meaning she has never smoked on a shisha pipe. I don’t believe that!!…do you?
